Can you support a multi-pharmacy workflow with a single database?
Yes, CarePoint’s GuardianRx is designed to be highly configurable, allowing for the management of multiple pharmacies through a single database. Additionally, it’s possible to set up a master pharmacy. This master pharmacy can be used to centrally enter information for vendors and insurance providers, and then distribute that information to all the stores within the system.
Does your software support mail order / order management custom workflow?
The CarePoint GuardianRx Mail Order system is designed with flexibility in mind, featuring a configurable workflow. This includes an order queue that can be filtered to individual work/role responsibilities, simplifying the processing. The queue supports batch orders based on patient or accounts.
Does your software support Automating refills?
Yes, GuardianRx provides the ability to Order Automate, allowing you to move refills and orders along the workflow to a specifically desired step in your process with human intervention. Features also include custom Auto Refill and Schedule Fill.
Do you support EDI Inventory reordering?
We support EDI transactions for purchasing and receiving from all major wholesalers as well as some smaller ones.
For controlled substances, do you handle regulations for all 50 states?
GuardianRx provides reporting that is compliant with all state regulations regarding controlled substance reporting using the ASAP standard.
Does GuardianRx support EMR/EHR HL7 interfaces?
Yes, GuardianRx has several options available for working with your preferred providers.
Accu-Flo, Allscripts, Cerner Homeworks, Chart Meds, CorrMedica, DrFirst, EClinical Works, Eldermark, Epic, Extended Care Plus, Invision, Mega West, MicroMD, NextGen, Suncoast Solutions, INNOVATION: PharmAssist (HL7), Omnicell (HL7).
What type of support is included?
The CarePoint Support team is based in the US and available Monday through Friday, during normal business hours (EST). We also provide the ability to contact our team after-hours and weekends in the event of a critical issue.
